We chose AF due to the work experience we shared on *a previous project*... their professionalism and expertise saw that *the project* was completed effectively and efficiently.  The technical advice prior to installation was second to none and the installation was of a good standard. The attitude of your operatives was very positive and I would look forward to working with them again. In terms of customer service and assistance, AF were excellent scoring 9 out of 10. On the next project we must engage with AF sooner to ensure the works are fully scoped and costs agreed in advance. The expertise from AF will help find the best cost effective solutions for the scheme. Cost certainty is very important to the business along with excellent quality installation which we know AF can provide.

AF Protection were chosen for this project as a result of the excellent works being carried out on Passive Protection Measures within HMNB Devonport.   Their commitment to management of resources and work required within a certain time period have earned them the respect deserved in a supply chain member who do as the commit to.   We will continue to use AF Protection in the future, with works to Cornwall Fire Stations already being undertaken.

This was my first experience with AFP and they have performed exceptionally well on what was at best a difficult project. Although there were several changes of AFP personnel, each and every one of them were easy to deal with and competent, offering work that was both efficient and thorough at all times. The level of supervision was good and their knowledge of the products and methods made any problems easy to overcome. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any one on any type of project and I would look forward to the opportunity of working with them again in the future.

The planned installation date was met and the works carried out in a safe, sequenced and clean manner.
