Project Details
URBN Construction are currently working on a new 150-bed student accommodation building on Bampfylde Street in Exeter. This follows the successful completion of their Bonhay Road student accommodation project earlier this year on which AF Protection were involved completing fire stopping and penetration sealing. It was the success of this project that led to AF Protection being directly requested to undertake the same works on their new project on Bampfylde Street. The project is nearing a water tight and internal fit out stage, and it is expected that AF Protection operatives will be on site in the new year to commence works.
